At Harmony Adult Foster Care, we help you with financial compensation, while you provide compassionate and personalized care for your friends and family members with medical, physical, and cognitive challenges.
Join the Harmony Adult Foster Care team to get coaching, financial compensation and emotional support from a team of care experts.
Eligible Participants
• Are 16 years of age or older.
• Have a physical or mental disability. Need assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, ambulating, meal preparation, companionship, and supervision or transferring (such as getting in and out of bed).
• Are covered by MassHealth Standard, Senior Whole Health, CommonHealth, or other approved insurance providers.
• Must receive a referral and order for Adult Foster Care from their Primary Care Physician (PCP).

Qualified Caregivers
• Can be family members or non-family members (A spouse or legal guardian cannot be a caregiver).
• Must live in the home with the participant. It can be the caregiver’s home or the consumer’s home. Housing arrangements are strictly between the caregiver and the participant.
• Must be able to provide assistance with personal care, laundry, housekeeping, medical visits, behavioral management, and any assistance specified upon the nursing assessment.
Tax-Free Stipend for Caregivers
We support family and non-family caregivers with financial assistance or private funding enabling them to balance work and caregiving duties.
Multilingual Services
Our team communicates in various languages, including English, Spanish, Hindi, Swahili and more, to serve diverse communities.
Trained and Compassionate Caregivers
